Mike returned my call for assistance within a few hours, he inspected the damage from the recent storm and sent me an estimate within hours. The work was completed the next day just ahead of more storms. He explained the entire process and was very professional. I hope I don’t need his services again anytime soon, but would not hesitate to trust the job to his team.

Tycho Solutions recently replaced the original tile roof on our 23 year old residence. We could not be more pleased with their level of professionalism and the quality of work. Mike and Brock were great in explaining the process, the type of materials used, and what to expect. Their crew was cordial, friendly, and efficient. At the end of each day they used a magnetic device to retrieve discarded nails and fasteners, made sure all debris was inside their dumpster, and used a blower to eliminate the inevitable dust that results from replacing a roof. At the end of the project, they did a roof-top inspection of the work to make sure all details were addressed. We felt their pricing was very reasonable with top-notch customer service. We have no hesitation to refer them to friends!

Interior Painting and Stucco Services in Phoenix

Phoenix stucco falls into two eras. Homes built through the 1990s carry traditional three-coat stucco over wood or metal lath, and forty summers of expansion and contraction have opened hairline cracking at window returns, control joints, and stucco-to-trim transitions. Post-2000 tract and custom builds lean on synthetic finish coats over foam backer, which resist cracking but fail at the coating layer first, chalking and fading on south and west elevations that take direct UV most of the day.

Either way, the failure starts at the surface and works inward. A cracked or chalked coat lets monsoon moisture behind the finish, and once water tracks behind lath or foam, patch work only buys time before the whole wall plane needs to come back to a clean substrate.

We specialize exclusively in new construction finishes, providing a seamless, integrated approach to drywall, stucco, and painting. Our teams work in concert to ensure that every surface is perfectly prepped, textured, and coated to withstand the Phoenix sun while looking spectacular.

Built For Desert Walls

We take stucco and paint back to bare substrate here, not a spot patch, so the repair actually holds through next year’s monsoon.

Painting and Stucco Work We Do in Phoenix

Tycho Solutions installs interior painting, exterior coatings, drywall, and stucco systems for new construction and full remodels throughout Phoenix, matched to the city’s heat, dust, and diverse architectural styles.

New Construction Painting in Stucco Phoenix

New Phoenix subdivisions move fast, and paint crews have to keep pace with framing, drywall, and trim without holding up a certificate of occupancy. We schedule spray and roll passes in the sequence builders expect, using coatings that cure fast in Phoenix heat without flashing or lap marks, so color and sheen stay consistent from the first unit in a phase to the last.

New Stucco Installation Stucco in Phoenix

New builds get a full three-coat stucco system, scratch, brown, and finish, applied over lath we inspect before the first coat goes on. We set weep screeds and control joints to the plan up front, since a joint placed wrong now becomes a crack pattern in five years once the wall starts moving with Phoenix’s heat swings.

Commercial Painting Contractor Stucco in Phoenix

Multi-family and commercial projects need painting scheduled around inspections and phased occupancy, not a single move-in date. We coordinate common-area and unit-interior painting with property management and general contractors, using durable finishes rated for high-traffic corridors and Phoenix’s dust and UV load on exterior stucco walls.

House Painters Stucco in Phoenix

Our crews handle full interior and exterior painting for new single-family homes, working the palette a Phoenix design review has already approved so color goes on right the first time. We spray and back-roll exteriors for full coverage on textured stucco, and cut clean interior lines around trim, cabinetry, and tile before final walkthrough.

Why Builders and Homeowners Choose Us for Interior Painting Stucco in Phoenix

Builders and homeowners across Phoenix bring us in because we sequence painting, drywall, and stucco the same way a framing crew reads a schedule: behind the trades ahead of us, ready for the trade behind us. That discipline matters more in a market where heat and dust punish any step done out of order.

Integrated Finishes

Manufacturer-backed coatings and finish systems carry their own warranty terms, and we document every coat and mix so a claim has a paper trail behind it.

Luxury Quality

We schedule paint, drywall, and stucco crews around framing and inspection windows so Phoenix builds stay on sequence instead of waiting on a trade.

Desert Proven

Elastomeric and high-build acrylic coatings hold color and flexibility through Phoenix summers, where lesser finishes chalk and crack within a few seasons.

Licensed & Insured

Every crew works under ROC #364735, licensed, bonded, and insured for residential and commercial jobs across the Phoenix metro.

Painting and Stucco Work Across Phoenix and the Valley

Phoenix’s housing stock spans block and wood-frame construction going back to the 1960s ranch era through today’s two-story production and custom builds, and the substrate under the stucco or paint changes what a crew has to plan for. Block homes take a scratch coat straight over masonry and hold up well structurally, but older wood-frame houses with metal lath develop stress cracking at corners and window returns as the frame moves with seasonal humidity swings and summer heat.

On any substrate, the finish coat is what actually fails first. South and west elevations take the harshest UV load in the Valley, and a standard acrylic paint or thin finish coat will chalk, fade, and hairline crack years before the wall assembly underneath has any real problem. That is why elastomeric and high-build coatings matter more here than in milder climates: they bridge minor movement and hold color instead of just covering the wall.

Most Phoenix communities carry design guidelines that restrict exterior color palettes to a defined earth-tone range and sometimes dictate texture style, so a repaint or new stucco job has to clear architectural review before crews mobilize. We pull those guidelines up front rather than after a color goes on the wall, which keeps a project moving instead of stalling on a resubmittal.

Licensed, Bonded & Insured

Every project runs under Arizona ROC #364735, so painting, drywall, and stucco work stays licensed, bonded, and insured start to finish.

Desert-Rated Coatings

We spec elastomeric and high-build coatings rated for direct Phoenix UV and summer heat, not standard interior-grade paint stretched outdoors.

Crew Sequencing Discipline

We schedule behind framing and drywall and ahead of trim, so Phoenix builds keep moving instead of waiting on paint.

On Time & Budget

We quote the full scope up front and hold the schedule through Phoenix’s heat and monsoon season, no mid-project surprises.

Common Questions from Phoenix Homeowners

How much does new stucco installation or painting cost for a new build in Phoenix?

Cost depends on square footage, number of coats, and whether the job is new construction painting in Stucco Phoenix or a full stucco rebuild versus a straightforward repaint. We never quote from a flat price list. We walk the site, measure actual wall area and substrate condition, and put the full scope in writing before a crew mobilizes, whether that’s new stucco installation in Stucco Phoenix or interior finish work on a remodel.

A patch matches color and texture for a season, then weathers differently and the crack usually comes back at the same joint because the underlying movement was never addressed. As a stucco contractor in Stucco Phoenix, we’ll patch a small, isolated crack when that’s genuinely all a wall needs, but widespread cracking, delamination, or moisture staining means the finish coat has failed and the wall needs to come back to a sound substrate before we put color on it again.

Yes. Flat and foam roofs in Phoenix almost always have a stucco parapet wall and cap that need to stay sealed where they meet the roof membrane, and that transition point is a common leak source if the coatings don’t match. When we handle exterior painting in Stucco Phoenix on a home or building with a flat roof, we coordinate the parapet coating with the roofer’s elastomeric system so the wall and roof move and seal as one assembly, not two unrelated coatings fighting each other at the joint.

Yes. As a commercial painting contractor in Stucco Phoenix, we work retail buildouts, office interiors, and multi-family stucco and paint packages, scheduling around inspections, occupancy phases, and property management timelines rather than a single homeowner’s calendar. Scope, materials, and finish schedules go into a written proposal before any crew is on site, the same as a residential job, just sized for a larger building envelope.

Tycho Solutions holds Arizona ROC #364735, and every crew, including our house painters in Stucco Phoenix, works under that license, bonded and insured. New stucco systems and structural drywall on new construction typically fall under the project’s building permit, pulled by the builder or general contractor; a straightforward repaint on an existing home usually does not need a separate permit, but we’ll tell you plainly if your specific scope does before we start.

Both, and usually in the same sequence on a new build. Our crews handle drywall installation in Stucco Phoenix from hanging through Level 4 or Level 5 finish, then move into interior painting in Stucco Phoenix on the same walls once texture and primer are ready, so color, sheen, and wall condition are consistent from room to room instead of getting handed off between separate crews on separate schedules.
