Tycho Solutions is a Phoenix-based construction company serving communities across the East Valley. The Setter is the front line of our entire sales organization, generating leads, qualifying homeowners, conducting inspections, and filling the pipeline for our Closers across every service line.
You do not need a perfect resume or years of experience. What you need is the drive to show up, the willingness to learn, and the desire to grow.
